Slide 3 – Age Matters

Age Matters For Evaluation Only
 Have the parents give an overview of their family situation, with the
number of kids they have, gender, and ages.
 If you have a wide mix of ages, or you have some parents with older kids

and others with all younger kids, reassure them that the information you
are covering is still important.
 Throughout the training, encourage parents with older children to share
their experiences when their kids were younger. This helps them still
connect in with material they may not be as interested in because their
kids are past a certain age.

 Review contents on the slide – overviewing each column and the different
needs of each age range.
