Instructions:
Awards can be used to show mastery of a skill. By including awards into your portfolio you can
prove you not only have successfully completed a task, but you also have excelled in it. Be sure to
list the award, who gave it to you, a brief description of why you received the award, and when you
received it. Use the information from Exercise 4C to complete this section.
