Use the Parenting Worksheet to record information about how you are
connecting with your child:
• Rate your communication right now with your child.
• List some of the things that are going great
• List some of the things that aren’t going well.
• Identify how your child is expressing their anger.

o Holding anger in
o Explosive
o Bullying
o Short-tempered
• Identify ways you could connect better with your child
Parents should fill out the information on each of their children.
