Ask the group how they feel about conflict.
Take a count of raised hands as to how many people avoid it, relish it, etc...

 How we feel about conflict and our way of dealing with it impacts how we
feel, our self-esteem, the outcome of the conflict, and how our kids react
to conflict.
 Remember, you’re the role model for how to handle conflict.

 Conflict isn’t all bad – see slide for the benefits to conflict.
