                  for kids.
                 The USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) site promotes health standards

                 BuildHealthyKids.com has a great 12-step plan for introducing healthy lifestyle changes
                  into the family, one change a month. This includes exercise, cutting down sweets, drinking
                  less soda, etc.
