               Our bodies use food and water to generate energy and stay alive.
               When we provide our bodies with the right combinations of nutrients, we do
               well.

               Calories are measurements of energy that a food provides.

               Three types of food that make up our diets:

                 Protein
                 Carbohydrates
                 Fats

               We also need water.
