 almost 70% of non-resident dads and 50% of dads in two-parent families
aren’t involved in school-related activities
According to the statistics, when dads get involved –
 kids in grades 1-12 get higher grades and enjoy school more
th

 it reduces the chance of kids in 6 -12 grade being suspended or
expelled
 Kids are more likely to get A’s than if just mom is involved.
