 Ask people who their friends are.
 Do their friends meet the criteria on the slide?

 What if your friends don’t do these things?
o Are they really your friends?
o Protect yourself if the situation is abusive.

o You are worthy of being loved- you matter.
o Be willing to walk away and make new friends.

o Talk about your relationship with the other person. What feels good
and what doesn’t? How can you change things to make it better?
