                 Be supportive of healthy eating habits at home
                 Learn more about nutrition and what foods are good for kids to eat

                 Provide plenty of fruits and vegetables

                 Don’t use food as a reward or treat
                 Cut out the sugar

                 Get moving


               Have you ever had kids come back from visitation out of control on a sugar
               high, or so tired because they stayed up late that they can’t function?
               Keep in mind what’s best for your child, and try to maintain good habits and
               routines between households.
