Use the Parenting Worksheet to list your rule, and write down one action to
take to improve your parenting.

Possible rules for this pamphlet:
 Lead well and expect people to follow

 Parents rule, kids drool
 Look at the long term result instead of the easy way now

 Spend time with the kids now, you can’t collect “later”
 When you need to stop the anger, walk away.

 Be patient, but don’t let people walk over you.
 Be the role model you want your kids to follow.

Setting the Action Goal:
Have the parents list one action to do related to taking responsibility. The
action should be measurable and have a specific time frame for completion.
