Possible solutions to self-management:
o Get organized! – Get the calendar and map out all deadlines and tests.
o Allow more time than you think you’ll need
o Plan for 8-10 hours of sleep. Try to stick to it, you’ll be more alert,
and think better.
o Get a routine! Plan daily times for doing maintenance tasks, laundry,
cleaning, etc.
o Don’t skip breakfast! Plan on meals in advance
o Have prepackaged snacks to grab and go.
o Take a water bottle
